Shipping & Refund Policy
To ensure your packages don’t spend a lonely weekend in a shipping hub we schedule shipments to leave Montecito, CA Monday – Wednesday. We generally ship your order within 2-3 business days. If we have a lot of orders to fill and your shipment is delayed, we will inform you via email.
All packages ship via USPS Priority (2-3 day) service to minimize time in transit. We’ll send you a tracking number when your package ships. We can not ship to P.O. boxes or to military post offices, and we do not offer international shipping. We are not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages or damage to shipments.
Returns & Refunds
Because of food safety, we are unable to accept any returns of our confections. But we like happy customers; if there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to find a solution.
If we made a mistake or there is an obvious problem with our confections, please take a picture and contact us within 48hrs of delivery. We’ll be happy to replace your order or issue a refund.
